NCAA TARGETS VENDORS IN RICHMOND

The National Collegiate Athletic Association has filed a lawsuit aimed at preventing the sale of souvenirs by unlicensed vendors at the women's Final Four in Richmond.

The championship round of the women's basketball tournament is set for April 2-3 at the Richmond Coliseum.
