BILLS INTRODUCED

Cut retirement benefits for future state judges to provide credit for two years of service for every year on the bench. Judges now get 3.5 years credit for each year served.\ Permit governors to serve two consecutive terms. \

Prohibit more than one legislator member from serving on the board of a company regulated by the State Corporation Commission.

Block construction of a lottery headquarters in downtown Richmond. i

Allow a $25 income taxcredit for families earning less than $50,000 in which one parent stays home with children under age 16.

Require that boat salesand use taxes be designated for a motorboat and water safety fund rather than the general treasury.

Require parents to have their children immunized before they receive welfare benefits.

Raise resident license fee for trout fishing from $6.50 to $12.00.

Require ballots to identify candidates by political party.
