OBIR--PRILLAMAN, GRACE SLONE

PRILLAMAN, Grace Slone, 87, of Roanoke, died Thursday night, February 17, 1994. She was born in Callaway, Va. and was the widow of Chris R. Prillaman. Mrs. Prillaman was a member of Greene Memorial United Methodist Church and the Harmon Bible Class. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Jeannine and Frank Burks, Roanoke; a granddaughter, Kristen Burks, Philadelphia, Pa.; a grandson and wife, Bill and Sandra Burks, Roanoke; sisters, Ethel S. Renick, Callaway, Va.; Ida S. Turner, and Ora S. Maughn, both of Roanoke, Marie S. Waggoner, Salem; a brother and sister-in-law, Warren H. and Dorothy Slone, Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, February 21, 1994, at Oakey's South Chapel. The Rev. Walter M. Lockett Jr. will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Burial Park. The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Oakey's South Chapel. Memorials may be made to Greene Memorial United Methodist Church.
