Dublin- The New River Community College Center for Training and Development has announced the opening of its newly restructured Quality First program.

The program teaches groups of four to six people principles and methods of quality management and problem-solving skills. The cost of $2200 per team includes 56 hours of training over a 16 week semester, consultation and training materials. Call 674-3600.
