TRUCK OVERTURNS, KILLS COVINGTON MAN

A Covington man was killed early Saturday when the truck in which he was a passenger flipped on U.S. 220.

David Andrew Lowen, 27, of Fudge Street died in the 2:25 a.m. crash. Laura Leigh Crawford was driving north on U.S. 220 near Virginia 667 in Alleghany County when the truck went over a curbed median and overturned.
