LIME KILN BENEFIT

A benefit for Lime Kiln's Arts-In-Residence programs, ``There's No Place Like The Homestead for the Holidays,'' will be held Saturday.

Begin with tea in the Great Hall from 4-5 p.m., then dinner and dancing, followed by Appalachian Christmas tales told by Anndrena Belcher.

After caroling, spend the night at The Homestead and wake up to a Sunday morning breakfast buffet from 7-9 p.m. Enjoy ice skating, or a mineral soak, or Christmas shopping. Check-out time is noon.

The cost is $298 couples, $200 singles, $75 children 13-18, and $50 for children 5-12 (under 5 are free).
