`NOONLIGHTING'

The Roanoke County/Salem Health Department and the Extension Service are seeking volunteer instructors to conduct 15-week healthy-lifestyle training sessions at churches, work places, organizations and other locations.

"Noonlighting," weekly support groups of co-workers, friends or other associates who are fighting the "losing" battle together, encourages sensible food selection and walking. Technical support is available for teachers and there is no cost for the training.

Teacher training will be held Feb. 22 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Hollins College. To register for the training, call Debbie Sams or Fran McDaniel before Feb. 1 at 387-5549.
