BENEFIT DINNER FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT|

A dinner at Snowville Elementary School to benefit the Snowville Volunteer Fire Department will be offered from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.today.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12. They are available from members of the Fire Department in advance or at the door.

The dinner includes ham, chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, slaw, hot rolls and drinks. It is the department's only fund-raiser. Last year's dinner drew 863 people.
