BELMONT CHRISTIAN TO DEDICATE BUILDING ADDITION

Belmont Christian Church on Dominion Drive in Christiansburg will have a dedication for its new building addition Sunday at 2 p.m. The two-story structure includes a larger fellowship hall, kitchen, handicap-access restrooms on both levels, more classrooms, a nursery, library and an office complex.

The project, which followed a lengthy period of study and planning, also included a new roof for the 300-seat auditorium and classroom area, and air conditioning. The cost was about $550,000 and was supervised by Goodman Church Builders of Joplin, Mo.
