EARNINGS

Sterile Concepts Holdings Inc., Richmond supplier of surgical trays to hospitals and formerly a unit of Carilion Health System of Roanoke, reported net earnings of $2.1 million, or 38 cents per share, on sales of $38.9 million in its fourth quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with year earlier pro-forma net earnings of $2.7 million, or 48 cents per share, on sales of $36.5 million. For the fiscal year, net earnings were $8.2 million, or $1.48 per share, on sales of $146.8 million, compared with year earlier pro-forma net earnings of $9.8 million, or $1.77 per share, on sales of $132.1 million.
