in this case: It predicts that total chicken consumption per capita

will reach 75.1 pounds in 1995. The forecast appears to be borne out

by the experience of Atlanta-based Chick-Fil-A, Inc., which

sponsored this billboard campaign. Chick-Fil-A, the nation's

third-largest quick-service chicken restaurant company, had 1995

sales of $501.6 million. That's up 11.18 percent from 1994 for a

third consecutive double-digit gain, and Chick-Fil-A, which operates

more than 660 restaurants in 34 states and Canada, says it beats the

fast-food industry's 5.8 percent total projected growth for 1995.
