Danny and Ellen Bobbitt of Roanoke are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Pamela Ann Bobbitt, to Michael Shane Arnold, son of Woodie and Paulette Arnold of Roanoke. Pam is employed by Crest Uniform Co. in Salem. Shane is employed by AMP Inc. in Roan oke. An April 1997 wedding is planned.

Bolling-Busseni

Molly Rea O'Mara Bolling and Michael Scott Busseni are engaged and planning to be married June 28, 1997, in Roanoke. Molly is the daughter of Robert F. Bolling III and Susan S. Bolling of Roanoke. She graduated from Roanoke College and is employed by Sentry Insurance Co. in Richmond. Michael is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Busseni of Lexington, Kentucky. He graduated from Roanoke College

Suzin Elizabeth Dillon and Robert Andrew Lichtenstein are engaged and planning to be married on October 19, 1996 in Roanoke, Va. She is a daughter of Andrew and Judy Dillon of Palm Coast, Florida, and is employed by New Fitness. He is a son of Mrs. Charlotte T. Lichtenstein and the late Barry N. Lichtenstein, and is employed by Boone & Company Realtors

Franke-Mann

Dr. and Mrs. W. R. Franke, Jr. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Krystin Renee Franke, to Andrew Francis James Mann, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Mann of Guildford, Surrey, England. After finishing work in the Caribbean, the couple plan a fall wedding in Salem, before moving to the United Kingdom

Christy Lyn Kagey and Todd McMahon Forest are engaged and planning to be married on June 21, 1997 in Charlottesville. She is a daughter of Dr. Deedie D. Kagey of Roanoke, Dr. A.W. Kagey of Fincastle, and Mr. Thomas E. Lockhart of Key West, Fla. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia, and the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. She is employed by the Advisory Board Company as Associate Director. He is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert Forest of Castleton, Vermont. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University. He is employed by Nike as Marketing Manager.

McFadden-Schmidt

Amanda R. McFadden and Stephen F. Schmidt are engaged and planning to be married on March 15, 1997 in Woodbury, N.J. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. McFadden of Woodbury, N.J.. She was graduated from Gateway Regional High School and Catawba College, Salisbury, N.C. She is employed by James River Convalescent Center in Newport News, Va., where she is the Activities Director. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Schmidt of Blacksburg, Va. He was graduated from Blacksburg High School and North Carolina State University. He is employed by Fords Colony Country Club as Golf Course Superintendent.

Meldrum-Caylor

Mr. and Mrs. Blair Meldrum are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, L. Janene Meldrum, to David L. Caylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Munk of Kensington, Maryland, and the late J. Lynn Caylor.

Janene is a May 1992 graduate of Christiansburg High School. She is also a recent graduate of Virginia Tech. Janene graduated with a BS in Family and Child Development, specializing in Early Childhood Education.

David is a 1993 graduate of Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School in Bethesda, Maryland. He is currently attending Virginia Tech pursuing a degree in Engineering.

David and Janene's wedding will take place in the Washington, D. C. L.D.S. Temple on August 16, 1996.

Murphy-Page

Miss Jamie Lynn Murphy and Mr. James Derek Page are announcing their wedding day on Saturday, July 20, 1996. The ceremony will be a t the Louisburg Baptist Church, Louisburg, N. Carolina at 3:00 p.m. Miss Murphy is a junior at Campbell University, majoring in Elementary Education. Mr. Page recently graduated with a master's degree in Business Administration and is presently pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree in Corporate Law at Campbell University

Reid-Petery

Stephanie Gynn Reid and Richard Lewis Petery are engaged and planning to be married October 5, 1996, in Blacksburg. Stephanie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John G. Reid, Christiansburg. She graduated from Cave Spring High in 1990 and from Virginia Western Comm. College in 1993. She is employed by Lewis-Gale Hospital, Salem, Va. Richard is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Petery, Hopewell, Va. He graduated from Price George High School in 1988 and is employed by Stone Container Inc., Richmond, Va.

Rucker-Nicely

Ms. Judith Lynn Rucker and Mr. David ``Charlie'' Nicely II are engaged and planning to be married on August 17, 1996 in Selma, Va. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick S. Carter of Selma. He is a son of Ms. Mary K. Nicely and the late David G. Nicely I of Clifton Forge, Va.

Testerman-Davis

Tina Reavis Testerman of Roanoke and William E. (Bill) Davis of Boones Mill are engaged and planning to be married September 7, 1996 at North Roanoke Baptist Church in Roanoke. The couple were engaged on the future bride's birthday, April 5, 1996 at the Homestead, Hot Springs, Virginia. Tina is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herm (Sue) Reavis of Salem, and Mrs. June Reavis of Hollins. She is a graduate of Southern Seminary Junior College and attended Averett College. She is employed by the Veteran's Administration Medical Center.

Bill is a son of Gordon (Leone) Davis of Ashtabula, Ohio. He is a graduate of The Electronic Technology Institute and is employed by Coastal Mart, Inc.

York-Ausband

Carrie Montine York and Zachary Dain Ausband are engaged and planning to be married on September 21, 1996 in Asheboro, N.C. She is a daughter of Mr. Bill York & Mrs. Dremia Meier of Asheboro, N.C. and the granddaughter of Mrs. Sarah Davis and the late Jeff Davis of Asheboro, N.C. and the late Dewitt and Lala York of Franklinville, N.C. She was graduated from Asheboro High School and is currently attending Montgomery Community College studying Early Childhood Education. She is working an internship at Kountry Kids Learning Center of Biscoe, N.C. He is a son of Mr. & Mrs. Robert Ausband of Daleville, Va. and Ms. Susan Byron of Asheboro, N.C. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Bridgeman of Asheboro, N.C. and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Crowell Ausband of Kernersville, N.C. He was graduated from Asheboro High School and attended Guilford Tech. Community College. He is serving in the U.S. Navy as a Presidential Service Ceremonial Guard in Washington, D.C.
