Veronica ``Ronnie'' A. Jones, 58, of the 100 block of Longhorn Drive, died Tuesday, July 5, 1994, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
She was a charter member of the Catholic Community Northwest Chapel, a member of Moyock Ruritan Club and the Catholic Parrish Council.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas J. Jones, her son, Scott T. Jones, both of Moyock; and her mother, Mary Rivers of Elizabeth City.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated Friday, July 8, in Catholic Community Northwest Chapel, Northwest Security Group at 11:30 a.m. with Father Edward L. Richardson, CHC officiating. The family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Twiford Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake. A Christian wake will take place at 7:30 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Burial will be in Moyock Memorial Park.
