Anne Celeste Keffer, 85, formerly of Colorado Ave., Portsmouth, died July 6, 1994, in Poquoson.
Mrs. Keffer was a native of Newport News and was the widow of Louis Henry Keffer.
Survivors include one son, Louis H. Keffer Jr., M.D. of Newport News; one brother, Ira C. Newbill of Bremerton, Wash.; two grandchildren, Karl Keffer and Debra Barclay; and two great-granddaughters.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Father Scott Krejci. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
