Manning, to amend the Zoning Ordinance to remove the provision limiting private clubs or lodges to less than 10 percent of the total building. Delayed, two weeks

Public hearing scheduled for this day with Public Notice having been inserted in the local press by the City Clerk, to amend certain sections of the Norfolk City Code, 1979, Chapter 6, so as to impose a license requirement for cats and to increase the fee for dog licenses. Adopted
