Larry Dotolo, president of the Virginia Tidewater Consortium, has

frequent meetings at campuses across the area and uses his car phone

on the road. His family makes multiple use of their one portable

phone.

Teenager Tracy Dotolo uses the family phone when she goes out at

night. She has had car trouble several times and called her parents

for a ride.
