JACK T. AMORY

Jack Thomas Littleton Amory, 73, of Holly Road, died Sept. 16, 1994, in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mr. Amory was the manager of the Monticello and the Golden Triangle, both of Norfolk. He was a native of Norfolk, Va. He was a member of the Hotel & Motel Association and was also a Rotarian. He attended the University of Georgia and the University of Richmond.

Survivors include his wife, Claire Edmonds Amory of Virginia Beach; one aunt, Lida A. Rodwell; one sister-in-law, June Courain; one brother-in-law, Bentley Edmonds; two cousins, Shelburne Ruddick and Richard Ruddick; and six nieces and nephews, Donald ``Dee'' White, Karen Tighe, Kathi White, Curtis White, Robert Courain and Liz Courain.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 1994 in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, by the Rev. Kathleen Bobbitt. A private ceremony will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad Station (NU)1, or charity of choice.
