WILLIAM T. LICHTMAN

William T. Lichtman, 82, died Sept. 21, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Lichtman was a native of New York City, and retired president of the Quality Hobbies Distributors in Norfolk. He was a member of Congregation Beth El and its Men's Club. He was a graduate of City College of New York and received his master's degree from Columbia University. He was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 1 of Norfolk, Brith Sholom Lodge and the Beth Sholom Home of Eastern Virginia.

Survivors include his wife, Marion Goodman Lichtman; two daughters, Rona L. Lupkin of Great Neck, N.Y. and Roslyn L. Ebert of Allentown, Pa.; a sister, Charlotte L. Russek of New York City; and four grandchildren.

A chapel service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, by Rabbi Arthur Ruberg and Cantor Jacob Tessler. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Congregation Beth El or the American Heart Association.
