Timothy J. Sullivan, president of the College of William and Mary, will speak at Old Dominion University's Founders Day luncheon at noon Monday in the Cape Henry North Cafeteria of Webb Center.
At the lunch, ODU officials will present the university's highest award, the University Medal, to Norfolk lawyer Peter G. Decker for his fund-raising efforts.
