HARRY W. MEYER

Harry Walter Meyer, 67, of the 4700 block of Orchard Lane, died Oct. 11, 1994, in Virginia Beach.

Mr. Meyer was a proud Minnesotan. He was retired from the U.S. Navy as a CWO after 30 years and also retired as a purchasing manager with Tracor Applied Sciences. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post (NU)392, Fleet Reserve Branch (NU)60, Veterans of Underaged Military Servicemen, Retired Officers Association and Associate member of Virginia Sheriffs Institute. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

Survivors include his wife, Lorna Elizabeth Meyer; three sons, Craig, John and Michael; two daughters-in-law, Frances and Jacque; and two grandchildren, Elizabeth and April.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Pastor Fred Guyer. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. Memorial donations may be made to Renal Treatment Center of Norfolk, 962 Norfolk Square, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
