Democratic President Clinton can thank Republican ex-president Reagan for having enough warships, planes, tanks and troops on hand to accomplish whatever is necessary in Haiti.

Now - we have warships, planes, tanks and troops heading for the Persian Gulf as Iraq is again considering invading Kuwait. Thanks, President Reagan.
