``Ollie stalls'' (editorial, Oct. 12) is wishful thinking on the part of the liberal media.
Vice President Al Gore and his liberal buddy Chuck Robb may not get it when Oliver North talks about the dangers of cutting our nation's defense too radically; but we regular old voters understand, and North is right.
I hope that on Nov. 8, the headline writers won't have too much trouble changing ``Ollie stalls'' to ``Ollie's landslide.''
