WHAT ABOUT EQUALITY?

Aldrich and Rosario Ames were paid by the Soviets for nine years to spy. They are equally responsible for their actions and for the deaths of at least 10 Americans.

Rosario admitted helping Aldrich spy, yet she was sentenced to only five years, while Aldrich got life in prison. Is that because she is a woman? Did Aldrich get life in prison because he is a man?

They are guilty of the same crime. If men and women are to be treated as equals, they should be judged as equals.
