CECIL W. WHITE

Cecil Wilson White, 79, of the 1100 block of Perry St., a retired mechanic, died Nov. 19, 1994 in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. White was born in South Norfolk. He was the widower of Mildred Marwitz White and a member of VFW Post (NU)8291, South Norfolk Oldtimers Club and the 29th Division of the U.S. Army during World War II.

Survivors include a daughter, Esther W. Storey of Portsmouth; two sons, Cecil W. ``Chip'' White, Jr. of Suffolk and Matthew White of Nags Head, N.C.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Riverside Memorial Park by the Rev. Willis Switzer. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 4 to 5 p.m. today.
