JAMES MILLER WON'T PURSUE CBO DIRECTORSHIP

James C. Miller III, budget director under President Ronald Reagan, won't seek the directorship of the Congressional Budget Office, a Miller spokesman said Tuesday.

``Jim Miller has decided not to pursue the CBO position, in lieu of his interest in Virginia politics,'' spokesman Jonathan Baron said.
