ROY P. FLYNN

Roy Phillip Flynn, 76, of 3600 Tait Terrace, a retired asphalt plant operator, died Dec. 21, 1994, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Flynn was born in Black Mountain, N.C., and was a Methodist. He was retired from Ames and Webb.

Survivors include his wife, Jeanette Flynn; a daughter, Jane Layton of Chesapeake; two sons, Ralph Flynn of Norfolk and Robert Flynn of Beechgrove, Ind; a sister, Lois Sales of Kingsville, Texas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Larry Davis. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge. The family will receive friends at the residence. Donations may be made to St. Mary's Infant Home.
