Berniece C. King, 59, died Jan. 6, 1995.
She is survived by one daughter, Debbie K. Yates; one son, William ``Butch'' King; her mother, Isabelle R. Wills; one sister, Billy C. Pennewell; and four grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Suffolk, Va. There will be a visitation after the funeral at the home of Isabelle Wills. Contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
