FANNIE H. PEGRAM

Fannie Holloman Pegram, 87, of the 1200 block of Stewart St., died Feb. 28, 1995, in Chesapeake.

Mrs. Pegram was born in Bertie County, N.C., and was the widow of G. Worthy Pegram Sr. She was a member of Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church, the Howell Bible Class, United Methodist Women, Annie Laurie Griffin Circle and First Senior Citizens Club of Chesapeake.

Survivors include a daughter, Annis P. Greenlee of Chesapeake; two sons, Dr. G. Worthy Pegram Jr. of Chesapeake and Kenneth M. Pegram of Union, W.Va.; a sister, Alma H. Nooney of Chesapeake; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church by the Rev. John Andrews. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park, Norfolk. The family will be at Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Society of St. Stephens, c/o Chesapeake Avenue United Methodist Church.
