ON THE MOVE: GOREE WINS HONORS AT P/C BANQUET

Cindy Goree, an agent with William E. Wood and Associates Realtors, was named 1994 Salesperson of the Year by the Portsmouth-Chesapeake Association of Realtors at the organization's recent annual banquet. Last year, she secured more than 40 listings and had a gross brokerage of over $90,000.

The Realtors also named Alan Kersnick of Coldwell Banker Harbor Group Real Estate as Rookie of the Year. Vann Lefcoe, a lawyer with McGuire Woods and Boothe in Norfolk, was awarded a medallion of service from the National Association of Realtors.

Caroline McCartney of GSH Real Estate in Norfolk has been named among the top Farm, Ranch & Country Estate Megabrokers by Unique Homes, a national magazine featuring luxury real estate. She specializes in dwellings on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, the Outer Banks, Norfolk's West Side and gentry farms in Suffolk.

McCartney has been a Million Dollar club member for 15 years and in the top 5 percent in real estate sales since 1982.

More honors: Bob Anderson of Century 21 Realty in Chesapeake and Sam Harris of the Pembroke Mall branch office have been named Centurian Sales Associates for ``consistently achieving superior productions levels'' . . . Womble Realty has recognized its top associates for March: Brian Okuley, Great Bridge office, No. 1 sales associate; Brenda Rawls, Beach office, first in listings . Bridge; Claudia Hudgins, Lynnhaven; Pam Johnson, Holland; Judy Marsh, Beach; Karen Barnard, Greenbrier; and Debbie Mustin, Carolyn Payne and Anne ````Cookie'' Page, Lynnhaven.

William E. Wood and Associates weighs in with its best for March. Jody Johnson of the Laskin office, was No. 1 in listing resales, and Andy Mullen led the firm in new home sales for Southside. Renee Quinn was named Wood's property manager of the month and Howard Norwitz of Churchland was recognized for his relocation referral efforts.
