ETHEL C. JACKSON

Ethel Cason Jackson of the 2300 block of Princess Anne Road died June 29, 1995, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Mrs. Jackson was born in Princess Anne County. She was a member of Mount Zion A.M.E. Church, the Missionary Society, Steward Board, sanctuary and gospel choir, B.W.C. Club and was class leader.

Survivors include her husband, Benjamin A. Jackson Sr.; two daughters, Anna Marie Jackson and Renee S. Jackson, both of Lexington, Ky.; six sons, Benjamin A. Jackson Jr., Lamont Jackson, Thomas Jackson, Carlos Jackson, Myron Jackson and Juan Jackson, all of Kentucky; four sisters, Katherine Gary, Vashti Johnson and Vivian Gary, all of Virginia Beach, and Shirley Reid of Richmond; five brothers, Russell Cason, Robert L. Cason, Ervin Cason, Thaddeus Cason and Ernest Cason, all of Virginia Beach; 13 grandchildren; an aunt, Ruby Grimstead of Virginia Beach; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Zion A.M.E. Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Larry S. Hinton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Arrangements by Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach chapel.
