Jacqueline B. Charles, 64, of the 4100 block of Scott St., died July 27, 1995 in a Richmond hospital.
She was a native of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and was a member of Good News Baptist Church in Chesapeake, Va.
Survivors include her husband, John E. Charles Jr.; one daughter, Susan Moore and husband, Ricky of Portsmouth; one son, Pastor John E. Charles III and wife, Dawn of Manteo, N.C.; and four granddaughters, Laura Charles, Jessica, Jennifer and Jillian Moore.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Good News Baptist Church by Dr. Walt Coles. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 7 to 8 p.m. in Loving Funeral Home and other times at 3740 Shannon Road, Portsmouth.
