PAUL GUTHRIE

Paul Guthrie, 81, of Brighton Gardens, died August 1, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Guthrie was retired after 34 years from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Communications Technician. He was a Veteran of World War II and the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a member of the Atlantic Masonic Lodge (NU)2. He was the widower of Carmela M. Guthrie.

He is survived by one daughter, Donia L. Ramsdell of Riverside, Calif.; one son, Willard G. Guthrie of San Diego, Calif.; two stepsons, Ronald J. Cravedi of Virginia Beach and Edward J. Cravedi of Norfolk; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 1995, in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. Burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens with Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday 7 to 8 p.m. Masonic Rites will be accorded at the grave by Atlantic Masonic Lodge (NU)2.
