Catherine Mary Novak, 77, of the 700 block of Oak Grove Road, died Friday, Aug. 25, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Novak was born in Detroit, Mich., and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Katherine Siemenski Ossowski. She was the widow of Ronald S. Novak and Mitchell Stanley Pantak. She had retired from the housekeeping department of the Henry Ford Hospital in Michigan.
Survivors include her two sons, Mitchell Pantak of Chesapeake, and Ronald E. Pantak of Crossville, Ala.; her sister, Rita Naren of Utica, Mich.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3 to 4:30 p.m. today.
