MENTRICE BOOTH PARKER

Mentrice Booth Parker, formerly of Portsmouth and North Carolina, died Aug. 26, 1995.

She was the wife of the late William Carey Parker. Survivors include two daughters, Juleta D. Parker of Jersey City and Jacqueline Thompson Parker of Iselin, N.J.; one son, Vernon L. Parker of Hammond, Ind.; one sister, Frances Booth Reid of Portsmouth; one brother, O.W. Booth of Queens, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Aug. 30, 1995, at 11 a.m. in Mount Olive Baptist Church, 400 Allington Ave., Jersey City, N.J. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
