William Curry Ramsey, 48, of the 3800 block of Progress Ave., died Sept. 4, 1995.
He was a mechanic at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Mr. Ramsey was a Baptist, and was a native of Portsmouth.
He is survived by his mother, Jackie Ramsey; one brother, David Allen Ramsey and wife, Jerlean of Chesapeake; his aunt Mary Raby Parker of Portsmouth; niece, Carol Ann Ramsey of Chesapeake; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Thursday by the Rev. Andrew Barton in Churchland Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at Loving Funeral Home today from 7 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions can be made to West Norfolk Baptist Church.
