ANNABELLE C. MILLETTE

Annabelle C. Millette, 95, died Nov. 14, 1995, in her home at Marian Manor.

She was born in Springfield, Mass., and lived there until she moved to Virginia Beach in 1990. In 1922 she married Lucien P. Millette, who died in 1948. She worked at the Springfield Armory during World War II and at the Forbes and Wallace Department Store until 1970. Mrs. Millette was preceeded in death by five brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Eugene Millette and his wife, Phyllis, of Virginia Beach, Lucien O. Millette and his wife, Loretta of East Longmeadow, Mass.; three grandsons and a granddaughter; five great-grandchildren; six stepgrandsons and a stepgranddaughter; 12 stepgreat-grandchildren; and one stepgreat-great-grandson.

A Mass of the Resurrection will be said at 11 a.m. Saturday at The Church of the Holy Family in Virginia Beach by Father Richard Mooney. There will be a Christian Wake service held at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, on Friday at 7:30 p.m. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church and a burial at St. Michael's Cemetery, Springfield, at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Marian Manor Nursing Home, 5345 Marian Lane, Virginia Beach, Va. 23462, or St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 82 Howard Street, Springfield, Mass. 01105. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Laskin Road Chapel, handling arrangements.
