CARRE VASILION

Carre Vasilion, 98, died Dec. 2, 1995.

She was a native of Leyros, Greece and was the widow of Ernest Vasilion. She was a member of Annuciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral.

She is survived by two daughters, Artenis Berbatis of Sarasota, Fla., Mary Karangelen of Norfolk; son, Bill Vasilion of Virginia Beach; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday by Father Constantine Rogakis in Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. A Trisagion service will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, today at 5:30 p.m. where the family will receive friends two hours prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made to the Greek School at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 7220 Granby St., Norfolk 23505.
