CAECILIE F. STRATMANN

Caecilie Friederichs Stratmann, 93, a native of Germany, died on Feb. 6, 1996, in her home.

Caecilie F. Stratmann was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

She is survived by her only daughter, Cecilia S. Shirley of Norfolk; three grandchildren, Leila M. Shirley of Hampton, Carl J. Shirley of Norfolk, and Elizabeth A. Mulcahy of Roswell, Ga.; a great-grandchild, Caitlyn E. Mulcahy of Roswell; a brother, Heinrich Friederichs of Germany; and a sister, Maria Friederichs of Germany.

A Eucharist of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, Feb. 9, 1996, at 2 p.m. in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 2114 Bay Ave., Hampton. Burial will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. The family suggests that memorials take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association, 753 Thimble Shoals Blvd., Suite 2B, Newport News, 23606. The remains rest at Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home, Hampton.
