Allan Penick Clark, of the 1100 block of Highland Court, died Feb. 3, 1996, in his residence.
He was an electronic tech at Little Creek Amphibious Base.
Survivors include his wife, Tracy Clark; a daughter, Bianca Clark of Chesapeake; mother, Helen Blair of Cincinnati, Ohio; three sisters, Valerie Sneed, Darlene Waters and Francine Waters, all of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Michael Waters of Cincinnati and Roger Clark of Houston.
A funeral will be held Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in New Light Baptist Church, Virginia Beach, Dr. Rudolph Lewis officiating. A burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery, Portsmouth. The remains will be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m. The family will assemble at the residence for the procession at 12:30 p.m. Viewing will begin today at 3:30 p.m. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
