ROSA H. JEFFERSON

Rosa Lee Hatton Jefferson, 64, of the 8400 block of Radnor Road, died March 4, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mrs. Jefferson was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church and a former member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jesse Jefferson of Norfolk; two daughters, Joan Fay Jefferson Bryant of Virginia Beach, Karen Marie Jefferson Carson of Norfolk; a son, Jesse Jefferson Jr. of Norfolk; three sisters, Mary Virginia Hatton of Norfolk, Dorothy Hatton Taylor of Arvada, Colo., Katherine Hatton Martin of Norfolk; and four grandchildren, James and Timothy Bryant and Jesse and Jonathan Jefferson; and many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian burial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Christ the King Catholic Church by the Rev. Joseph Lehman. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. A Christian wake service will be held in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Wednesday at 7 p.m. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk will be handling the arrangements.
