Cornelious Branch, 76, of the 4100 block of Summerset Drive, died March 15, 1996.
He was retired from Tidewater Community College and was a native of Norfolk County. He was the widower of Fannie M. Branch.
Mr. Branch is survived by five daughters, Sandra B. Faulks, Arthelia Eaton, Olivia Bell, Stephanie Short and Maebell Hurdle; sister, Josephine Williams; two brothers, Vernon Branch and Julius Branch; 27 grandchildren; and an aunt, Martha Ridley.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by Bishop Ted Thomas Sr. in New Community COGIC. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
