Pauline L. Ball, 81, of the 400 block of Lucas Ave., died March 14, 1996, at home after a long illness.
She was a retired cashier for Kings Department Store. She was a native of Haymarket, Va., and the widow of John W. Ball Jr. She was a member of Glenrock Church of God, Norfolk.
She is survived by a son, James R. Ball of Norfolk; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk. Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge.
