Manola Pato-Soto, 76, of the 5100 block of Hawks Bill Court, died April 4, 1996, in a Virginia Beach Hospital.
She was a native of Galicia, Spain, and a member of the Hispanic Mission of Thalia Lynn Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Georgie Marquez and her husband, Joel Andre of Virginia Beach; son, Francisco Marquez and his wife, Maica of San Juan, Puerto Rico; two sisters, Antonia Pato-Soto of Mexico City, Mexico, Ceci Pato Migueltorena of Mexico City, Mexico; four grandchildren, Francis, Laurent, Jose Ramon and Jorge.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. today by the Rev. Oscar Richardson and the Rev. Felipe Alfonso in Chesapeake Vineyard Church which meets at Chesapeake Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1200 Centerville Turnpike North. Burial will be in Mexico City, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Semilla, P.O. Box 70, Chesapeake, Va. 23321. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is in charge.
