Regular agenda
An ordinance vacating a certain nuisance abatement lien on property situated at 818-824 C Avenue and authorizing the city treasurer to correct the records relating thereto. Adopted.
An ordinance approving and accepting a grant from the Criminal History Information Improvements Grants Program, appropriating $25,000 in grant funds and providing $25,000 in matching funds. Adopted.
An ordinance to amend and re-ordain Section 33.1-4 of the Norfolk City Code, 1979, to enable cooperative procurement with nonprofit entities provided transactions are based upon open, competitive processes and are fiscally advantageous to the public. Adopted.
An ordinance granting a Downtown Development Certificate for a public service message board (which shall include design approval) at the northwest corner of the intersection of St. Paul's Boulevard and Market Street. Continued to May 28.
An ordinance approving a $119,916.70 Victim/Witness Assistance Program grant application and accepting the grant and appropriating the grant and local cash match amounts therefor. Adopted.
