Eating is always a big part of the fun, and this year was no
exception. Jacqueline Allen of Chesapeake, center, shared her
dessert, which took second place, with Gloria Cross, left, and Cindy
Borecky. The Pungo party picks up again today.

Cloudy skies didn't keep an estimated 65,000 people from crowding
into Town Point Park in Norfolk, where Pande Tall of Senegal
prepared her jewelry wares for display Saturday. The festival will
