Annie M. Mitchell, 66, of the 5900 block of Woodstock Court, died June 10, 1996.
Born in Dillon, S.C., she was the widow of C.R. Mitchell. Mrs. Mitchell was retired from a sewing machine factory in Baltimore, Md.
Survivors include three sisters, Mary F. McCoy and Betty Darkis, both of Virginia Beach, and Mattie Rogers of Omaha, Neb.; a brother, Robert Bailey of Virginia Beach; five nieces, Katrina McCoy, Nancy McCoy, Debra McCoy, Pam Orndorff and Deborah Tolly; five nephews, Danny McCoy, Carl Whitaker, Terry Whitaker, Lon Whitaker and Chris Whitaker.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest L. Trueblood. Burial will be at a later date.
