Stanley Lee Greene, 52, of the 3400 block of Arlington Place, died July 9, 1996.
Mr. Greene, a native of Bertie County, N.C., was a sheet metal worker at Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Lynn Greene of St. Leonard, Md., and Wendy E. Pittman of Portsmouth; his mother, Janice Mason Futrell of Savage, Md.; a sister, Libby Croston of Fulton, Md.; two brothers, Vernon R. Futrell of Waldorf, Md., and James E. Futrell of Sterling, Va.; and three grandchildren, Brandy Pittman, Melissa Pittman and Crystal Pittman.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday by the Rev. James D. Thomas in Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
