Richard D. Rozzelle, 42, of the 9200 block of Hickory St., died July 8, 1996, at a local hospital. He was a self-employed artist and was Catholic by faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Dowd C. Rozzelle.
He is survived by his mother, Patricia Rozzelle Scott of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and his wife, Terry, of Norfolk; a son, Royce D. Rozzelle of Norfolk; two daughters, Tasha N. Rozzelle of Norfolk and Jessica L. Rozzelle Schaaf of Washington, D.C.; three brothers, Michael Rozzelle of Ogden, Utah, Anthony Rozzelle of Fairfax, Va., and John Rozzelle of Alexandria, Va.; and two sisters, Carol Henderson of Atlanta and Mary Rozzelle of Fort Lauderdale.
Services will be private. Altmeyer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
