Goldie Dobos Megyese, 75, of the 4200 block of Pretty Lake Ave., died at her residence Tuesday, July 16, 1996.
She was born in Toms Creek, Va. Feb. 19, 1921. The daughter of the late Gabor and Ester Kardos Dobos, Mrs. Megyese retired from the National Bank of Detroit, Mich., as a key punch operator. She was a member of the Angelica Lutheran Church of Detroit, Mich.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Megyese of Virginia Beach, and Robert Megyese of Goodrich, Mich.; two brothers, Andrew Dobos of Allen Park, Mich. and Peter Dobos of Goodrich, Mich.; a sister, Teresa Nappo of South Gate, Mich.; four grandchildren, Marie Stenvall, Kimberly Deitch, Richard Megyese and John Megyese; five great-grandchildren, Christopher Stenvall, Tiffany Stenvall, Edward Deitch, Michelle Deitch, and Stephanie Deitch.
A private service will be held at a later date. Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
