CLARA P. CAMPBELL

Clara Perry Campbell, 91, of the 3700 block of Sentara Way, died Oct. 2, 1996.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Bedford, Va., and was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Cara Perry and her husband, Guy W. Campbell. Mrs. Campbell was a member of the Virginia Beach Christian Church and retired as church secretary for the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Norfolk.

Survivors include her daughter, Jeanne C. Quesenberry of Virginia Beach; her brother, Charlie Perry of Bedford, Va.; her sisters, Myrtle P. Mitchell of Bedford and Betty P. Good of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; her grandchildren, G. William Quesenberry of Atlanta and Robert L. Quesenberry of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; her daughter-in-law, Jo Quesenberry of Virginia Beach; her sister-in-law, Margie Weringo of Lynchburg; and her great-grandchildren, Jennifer and Jonathan Quesenberry of Virginia Beach and Chris Hayter of Southern Pines, N.C.

A memorial service will be conducted by Dr. Bill Austin at the Virginia Beach Christian Church at 2 p.m. Friday. The family will receive friends at 936 Covey St., Virginia Beach, and have requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the Virginia Beach Christian Church, Great Neck Road and Rosehall Drive, Virginia Beach, Va. 23455. Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is in charge.
